There have been a couple of times in my life when I personally have suffered from severe issue with my mental health. Once after the birth of my first baby at 22 years old and then again not so long ago in my 50s  due to grief.

At 22 I felt totally lost and so frightened by what I was experiencing. I had never heard of panic disorder and was desperate for help. The way I was treated by medical professionals was appalling, the medications made me feel terrible and did not help. It took me one whole year to get better after turning to alternative therapies. 

Not so long ago I knew so much more, I had so many tools at my finger tips. My precious herbs and nutrients helped my rebuild myself and over time I got better and better.
